Over the past seven years they have developed a solid foundation from a warehouse and fulfilment operation in Kiel, N. Germany and a sales & marketing, plus product development team based in Valencia, Spain. With a strong drive to establish themselves as purveyors of premier performance sailing systems, their multi-lingual web shop comprises all things sailboat hardware and rigging. They are on their way to consolidate and increase growth rates and are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive as ambitious and driven as they are.
Reporting to the Director, this role is office-based in Valencia and is expected to develop over the next 3-5 years both to fulfil the business needs and the directional preferences of the employee.

- website design / optimization + content creation
- digital advertising
- website content updating in 3 languages with translator support
- optimize UI/UX to improve conversion rates
- manage SEO across the site
- manage Google AdWords
- optimize product promotion
- improve advertising ROI
- maintain regular site health checks to improve search engine rankings
- drive strategy to increase organic site traffic
- manage / maintain user journeys from advertising to landing pages and subsequent automated workflows in HubSpot
- work closely with product managers to optimize flow between products, Google analytics and Google/Facebook ads
Candidate Profile
- Degree /master’s in (digital) marketing or relevant field
- Web shop design and operation
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other visual design tools
- Proficiency programming languages such as HTML and CSS, JQuery, and JavaScript
- Good understanding of content management systems
- Good understanding of search engine optimization principles and Google Analytics
- Good working knowledge of Google AdWords
- Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility
- Excellent visual design
- Up-to-date experience with international web protocols, standards, and
- Experience with HubSpot CRM and Odoo, preferable, but not essential
- Experience in sailing or the performance sailing industry is a big plus!

€25-35,000/annum DOE
