Job Overview
We are seeking experienced and motivated Project Managers to lead large-scale superyacht refit projects at a premier Mediterranean location. This full-time, permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of high-profile projects in the luxury yacht industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of refit projects, ensuring all deliverables meet the highest standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for captains, owners, and client representatives during the yacht’s time on-site.
- Supervise and monitor the progress of work across multiple trades, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
- Maintain detailed project documentation, schedules, and reports to ensure seamless communication and project transparency.
Candidate Profile
- A background in engineering (preferably mechanical).
- Previous experience as a Project Manager in yacht refit or construction yards.
- Former yacht engineers or officers are encouraged to apply.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, coordinate multiple work streams, and thrive under pressure.
- Meticulous attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
- Passion for the superyacht industry and a commitment to delivering excellence.
- Proficiency in the Office Suite and other relevant tools.
- Legal authorisation to work in the EU.
- Fluency in professional English is essential; proficiency in French is an advantage.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, building trust and rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Highly motivated, dynamic, and proactive.
- Strong leadership and teamwork capabilities with a collaborative approach.
Salary and benefits
