Dale Fisher - CEO
Dale created Proteus in 2020 and heads the Sales department and overseas Operations. His ambition is to make the company strive for excellence and detail, and he ensures every area of the business is cared for.
An interesting fact about you: I love a triathlon and did a full Ironman in 2014.
Childhood dream job: Helicopter pilot.
Where would you like to travel and why? Cuba, to celebrate my next milestone birthday!

Guy Ellis – Recruitment Manager
Guy joined the team in November 2020. He is very much the candidate side of Proteus, helping them find new jobs!
An interesting fact about you: I am named after Guy the Gorilla who was a famous Silverback at London Zoo in the 70/80’s.
Childhood dream job: James Bond’s career seemed pretty attractive as an impressionable 8-year-old.
Where would you like to travel and why? I would be keen to do some proper mountaineering. Everest seems a reasonable place to start.

Ema Fernandes - CFO
Ema has been part of the Proteus team since 2020 and heads the Finance Department as well as assisting with contracts and logistics.
An interesting fact about you: I used to be the highest ranking female in Yorkshire in Jiu Jitsu.
Childhood dream job: Following in Charlene’s footsteps as a car mechanic.
Where would you like to travel and why? Galapagos Islands to see a giant tortoise!

Mark Fisher - Contracts Manager
Mark qualified as a UK Solicitor a number of years ago and later was a director of a public company involved in finance and commercial asset recovery. He acts as a consultant to Proteus for contractual and compliance matters.
Childhood dream job: To be a ship's radio officer.
Interests: Cooking, photography and reading.

Agnese Kurme – Accounts Assistant
Agnese has been with Proteus since the beginning of 2023. She assists Ema with the financial part of the company and has a passion for numbers and is in deep love with the dynamic world of Finance.
Childhood dream job: I wanted to become a singer and see this great big world while on tour!
Where would you like to travel and why: Japan without a doubt… to see the modern world steeped in tradition (like Tokyo) and picturesque views (like Kyoto).

Jacqui Todd - Recruitment Manager
Jacqui joined Proteus in October 2023 and her marine knowledge and insight makes her a key member of the Sales Team.
An interesting fact about you: My Dad helped in rehabilitating the nearly extinct Little Black Robin where only one breeding female remained - one of her offspring was named after me.
Childhood dream job: Any kind of driver but preferably a tour bus driver around New Zealand!
Where would you like to travel and why: Japan - specifically Okinawa. Have met some great people from there and the diving looks awesome.
