Job Overview
You will be responsible for managing the Warranty List, resolving claims, and ensuring client satisfaction after project completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Warranty List by collecting and documenting client claims.
- Investigate root causes with subcontractors and internal teams.
- Define and agree on resolution steps.
- Keep internal systems updated.
- Resolve warranty and snag list claims outside the shipyard, mainly along the French coast.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in warranty management or after-sales within marine or technical industries.
- Strong problem-solving and investigative skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage claims independently and liaise with multiple stakeholders.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); French is a plus.
- Availability to be based in La Ciotat.
- The right to work in the EU.
