Job Overview

We are seeking a Sales Specialist to drive sales and support operations across our tenders, toys, and service projects. The role includes generating leads, managing client relationships, closing deals, and achieving sales targets, while also supporting refit projects, winter storage, and new build coordination. This hands-on position requires strong sales skills, market awareness, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service in the superyacht industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate leads, manage prospects, and develop sales opportunities for tenders, toys, refits, and winter storage project.
  • Present, promote, and close sales while maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Build and manage long-term client relationships, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets, providing regular reports and market insights.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activity.
  • Coordinate order processing, logistics, and smooth delivery of products and services.
  • Support refit, storage, and new build tender projects, liaising with clients, shipyards, and internal teams.
  • Represent the company at industry events, maintaining a professional brand presence.
Candidate Profile
  • Familiarity with CAD drawing for  yacht transom inflatable set ups.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Ability to analyze sales reports and market trends.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Team collaboration mindset with cross-functional departments.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team management.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Right to work in the EU.
