Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our dynamic team. As an Assembly Technician for yacht furler systems, you will be responsible for assembling, testing, and ensuring the quality of our furler products. Your technical expertise and attention to detail will play a crucial role in delivering top-notch products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assembly: Assemble yacht furler components following technical drawings and specifications.
  • Quality Control: Conduct inspections and tests on assembled products to ensure they meet company standards and specifications.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve assembly issues, providing solutions to improve processes.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of assembly processes, quality checks, and any issues encountered.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with engineering and design teams to provide feedback on product designs and improvements.
  • Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment used in the assembly process.

 

Candidate Profile
  • Education: Technical diploma or relevant certification in mechanical engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in assembly or manufacturing, preferably in the marine industry or with similar mechanical products.
  • Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills; proficiency in reading technical drawings and schematics.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.
