Job Overview
We are seeking a decisive, high-performing Creative Team Head to lead our design and content teams and elevate the visual language of a world-class luxury brand. You will manage a multidisciplinary team, own UI & UX direction and ensure every visual asset meets the Client’s standard. This role requires clarity, structure and premium execution across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor designers and visual content creators.
- Drive brand consistency across all assets and campaigns.
- Own UI & UX for websites, digital tools.
- Collaborate with PR, Event and Digital teams to deliver aligned creative output.
Candidate Profile
- 6+ years in design or creative leadership.
- Strong portfolio with premium brand and UI/UX work.
- Mastery of Adobe Suite & Figma.
- Strong UI & UX design, wireframes and design systems.
- Excellent branding, layout, typography and visual storytelling.
- Strong leadership and team management.
- Decisive, structured and calm under pressure.
- High standards, direct communication and solution-oriented mindset.
- Fluent in English.
