- Coordinate the metal work scope between the technical office, the internal teams, the subcontractor, and the client (Class interface being managed by the client).
- Follow up the works closely, on the ground, assessing the good achievement of the work and finding solutions and way forward where needed.
- Liaise with the Owner’s team, suppliers (eg, platform wings), and engineering partners to ensure accurate integration of systems, and respect of the state-of-the-art rules (make sure to obtain Class agreements).
- Verify that engineering drawings, technical documents, and subcontractor deliverables are reviewed and consolidated, highlighting discrepancies and driving resolution.
- Manage interfaces between metal work and adjacent disciplines (interior, systems, aluminum deckhouse structures).
- Monitor the progress of detailed engineering and production, ensuring alignment with project milestones and budget.
- Provide technical guidance during the work, assess, and ensure the top-level quality.
- Keep a flowless team spirit and good vibe attitude through the project.
