Job Overview
We are currently hiring an Outfit / Plan Engineer to support an exciting yacht building projects.
This role will involve working closely with design and production teams to develop and deliver outfitting solutions across high-end vessels.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and review technical drawings.
- Develop and coordinate outfitting plans in line with design specifications.
- Support installation during build.
- Coordinate with multiple disciplines to ensure smooth project execution from concept through to completion.
Candidate Profile
- Shipbuilding or yacht experience (essential).
- Outfitting / interior engineering background.
- Strong AutoCAD skills (Rhino / AVEVA a plus).
- Experience with layout drawings & technical plans.
- Exposure to full project lifecycle (design → build).
