Company specializes in building custom composite yachts ranging from 10 to 20 meters for the superyacht industry. We have an international team dedicated to constructing these exclusive tenders and chase boats. Due to our increasing order portfolio, we are currently looking for a Project Manager to join our team in Netherlands, where our shipyard is fully equipped for the entire construction process.
Job Overview
As a Project Manager, you play a pivotal role within the project team. Your primary responsibility encompasses overseeing one or two projects, starting from the contract phase and continuing through to tender delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulating, pursuing, and adapting a realistic project schedule.
- Managing the project team across various aspects, including engineering, production,
assembly, and procurement. - Maintaining regular communication with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Coordinating and planning in collaboration with customer representatives.
- Supervising the entire project lifecycle, from design to execution and eventual delivery.
Candidate Profile
- A completed HBO or WO education, preferably in fields like Mechanical Engineering, Maritime Engineering, or equivalent.
- A strong motivation to excel in the development of high-end tenders.
- Preferably, prior experience in shipbuilding, particularly with a focus on composite construction.
- Proficiency in English.
- Exceptional planning and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
