Job Overview
We are looking for Project Managers to take the helm of large superyacht refit projects in one of the leading shipyards in the Mediterranean.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project management for prestigious yacht refit projects.
- Ensure adherence to company procedures and high-quality standards.
- Oversee all aspects of projects including cost, deadlines, planning, and client satisfaction.
- Coordinate internal and external teams to deliver exceptional results.
- Cultivate and maintain trusted relationships with clients throughout project lifecycle.
Candidate Profile
- Experience: 4 to 5 years in similar role, preferably in the superyacht industry with a focus on refit projects new builds or conversions.
- Education: Master’s Degree.
- Background: General engineering or specialisation (preferably mechanical engineering).
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, client-oriented, meticulous organisation, and methodical approach.
- Ability to thrive managing multiple work streams under pressure.
- Passion for the superyacht industry and dedication to excellence.
- Proficiency in Office Suite.
- Advanced/Proficiency level English.
- The right to work in the EU.
Salary and benefits
- Junior /Mid experience candidates – €45k +
- Senior – €55-60k
- Very Senior – €70-75k
