Job Overview
We are looking for Project Managers to take the helm of large superyacht refit projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project management for prestigious yacht refit projects.
- Ensure adherence to company procedures and high-quality standards.
- Oversee all aspects of projects including cost, deadlines, planning, and client satisfaction.
- Monitor progress and address any deviations from the project plan.
- Coordinate internal and external teams to deliver exceptional results.
- Cultivate and maintain trusted relationships with clients throughout project lifecycle.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in similar role, preferably in the superyacht industry with a focus on refit projects new builds or conversions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Background in engineering, design, or a related technical field is highly desirable.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team management.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Flexibility and adaptability to the dynamic nature of yacht projects.
- Passion for the superyacht industry and dedication to excellence.
- Proficiency in Office Suite.
- Proficient in English.
- Proficient in French is a plus.
- The right to work in the EU.
Salary and benefits
Competitive salary in a range of €50 000- €60 000.
