Job Overview
We are seeking experienced and motivated Project Managers of various experience levels to lead large-scale superyacht refit projects at a premier Mediterranean location. This full-time, permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of high-profile projects in the luxury yacht industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the refit project, with roles covering both interior and exterior work, engineering, tenders, and AV-IT systems – you will be placed where you fit best.
- Oversee and manage subcontractors across various trades to ensure timely completion of work.
- Maintain clear communication with the client’s representatives and senior management.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring that all tasks are executed to the highest standards and within project deadlines.
- Handle day-to-day decision-making and problem-solving across multiple work streams.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in similar role, preferably in the superyacht industry.
- Strong understanding of both the technical and aesthetic aspects of large yacht refits.
- Meticulous attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
- Passion for the superyacht industry and a commitment to delivering excellence.
- Proficiency in the Office Suite and other relevant tools.
- Legal authorisation to work in the EU.
- Fluency in professional English is essential; proficiency in French is an advantage.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, building trust and rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment and manage tight deadlines effectively.
- Strong leadership and teamwork capabilities with a collaborative approach.
