Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant / Sales Associate to support the brokerage and sales team in Fort Lauderdale and assist in the daily operations of yacht sales activity.

The role focuses on supporting yacht brokers, managing client communication, coordinating listings, and assisting with sales administration and marketing activities within a fast-paced luxury yachting environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support senior brokers and sales representatives in day-to-day sales activities.
  • Assist with preparation of yacht listings, specifications, and sales documentation. 
  • Coordinate client enquiries and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client and vessel data.
  • Assist in scheduling viewings, sea trials, and client meetings.
  • Act as first point of contact for incoming enquiries when required.
  • Support communication between clients, brokers, shipyards, and service providers.
  • Ensure a high level of responsiveness and professional communication at all times.

  • Assist in preparing marketing materials for yacht listings (brochures, online listings, presentations).
  • Support social media and digital listing updates in coordination with the sales team.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of yacht data across platforms.
  • Assist with sales administration, contracts, and documentation preparation.
  • Coordinate with finance, legal, and operations teams where required.
  • Support broker travel arrangements, events, and boat show logistics.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for all sales activity.
Candidate Profile
  • Previous experience in sales support, administration, or luxury/lifestyle industries preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / CRM systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure sales environment.
  • Interest in yachting, marine industry, or luxury goods strongly preferred.
  • Team player with a proactive and service-oriented mindset.
