Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Project Manager/Technical Superintendent to join our client’s Ship Repair Division in Ireland. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supervising projects, ensuring that all operations are executed efficiently and safely while adhering to their high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise projects.
- Ensure all operations are executed efficiently and safely.
- Ensure adherence to company procedures and high-quality standards.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in project management within the marine industry, specifically ship repair.
- Strong technical knowledge of ship repair processes and maintenance schedules.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to formulate detailed quotes and scope of works.
- Proficiency in quality and safety systems implementation.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills.
- Ability to identify and secure new business opportunities.
- Positive attitude and the ability to influence both staff and customers positively.
- Experience in the Superyacht sector is a significant advantage.
Salary and benefits
