Job Overview
We seek a highly motivated, self-driven Sales Consultant passionate about sales and commission to develop new business and drive growth across a portfolio of established B2B accounts in the Leisure Marine sector. This role requires extensive travel and a drive to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and expand a portfolio of existing global accounts in the Leisure Marine sector.
- Proactively identify, develop, and secure new business to meet or exceed budget targets.
- Achieve monthly sales and margin targets in alignment with the budget.
- Provide regular feedback and reports on sales activities and new business progress.
- Represent Bluefin LED at exhibitions, sales meetings, and other events.
- Deliver technical training to your accounts to ensure optimal results.
- Gather market and competitor insights to support your sales negotiations and inform business strategy.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the Bluefin LED product portfolio to deliver effective sales strategies, including cross-selling and up-selling.
- Collaborate with BluefinLED team to support overall business success.
Candidate Profile
Key Skills / Requirements:
- A tenacious sales professional with a proven track record of delivering results, ideally in a technical environment within the Marine industry.
- Commercially astute with strong numerical proficiency and Excel skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build long-term relationships with customers while achieving commercial goals.
- A team player who is well-organised, self-motivated, and willing to go the extra mile.
- Experience with CRM systems for sales pipeline reporting is preferred.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the UK and overseas.
- A full UK driving license is essential.
- Right to work in the UK
Salary and benefits
An excellent remuneration package £30-35k plus great commission structure
