Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled Composite Boatbuilder to join a leading marine team in Palma de Mallorca on a permanent basis. The role involves laminate work, structural bonding, repairs, and finishing using fiberglass and carbon composites. You will contribute to high-quality builds and refits, working within a professional, fast-paced superyacht environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Composite Fabrication.
- Structural Assembly.
- Follow established standards for accuracy, consistency, and surface finish.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, patterns, and work instructions.
- Follow health and safety procedures.
- Work closely with supervisors, engineers, and other boatbuilding trades.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in composite boatbuilding.
- Proficiency with hand/power tools and composite manufacturing equipment.
- Ability to read drawings, follow specifications, and work to tight tolerances.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
- Knowledge of marine construction standards.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn new techniques.
- Positive attitude and pride in craftsmanship.
- Must be legally allowed to work in Spain.
