Job Overview
We are seeking an Exterior Outfitter Project Leader to join a luxury yacht construction company building exceptional superyachts in The Netherlands.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the preparation, installation, and coordination of deck hardware – windlasses, lazarette doors, hatches etc.
- Collaborate closely with the mechanical outfitting team to ensure seamless integration of
exterior components. - Coordinate with suppliers to procure necessary materials and equipment for outfitting
projects. - Work closely with painters to ensure the flawless finishing of exterior components.
- Ensure adherence to high-quality standards and project timelines.
Candidate Profile
- Formal qualification preferably in Shipbuilding, Mechanical Engineering, or Naval Architecture.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in shipyards.
- Strong understanding of exterior outfitting processes and techniques.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a passion for perfection and innovation
