Job Overview
This is a hands-on position overseeing all accounting functions and supporting sound financial decision-making across the business. You’ll work directly with the Finance Manager and play a key role in supporting the growth an expansion of the company.

Key Responsibilities
- Run the day-to-day functions of the accounting department.
- Manage the full accounting cycle: general ledger journal entries, invoices, bank reconciliations, and accounts payable/receivable.
- Assist in tax preparation in coordination with external support (IS, IRPF, ) in a timely manner.
- Prepare and review monthly and annual financial closings.
- Develop and analyze financial reports, including P&L and balance sheets for management.
- Handle cost management and control, as well as project-based analytical accounting.
- Ensure that all intercompany activity is recognized and balanced.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient financial management.
- Develop process-efficiency improvements within the accounting department.
- Perform various administrative tasks as assigned
Candidate Profile
Key Skills / Requirements:
- University Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or equivalent.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Knowledge oJ US GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
- Experience in accountancy within a manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of general ledger & month/year-end close and financial statement preparation.
- Experience with Sage 50.
- Advanced proficiency in IT tools, especially Excel.
- Minimum of 5 years accounting experience, ideally in manufacturing.
- Strong analytical skills, teamwork, and results-oriented mindset.
- Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- International experience a plus.
