Job Overview
We are seeking a Production Project Manager to oversee electrical installation projects on ships. Responsibilities include coordinating teams, managing deadlines, ensuring quality standards, and liaising with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the projects, personnel, delivery dates, clients and meetings.
- Ensure the required quality of finishes and techniques, as well as the established deadlines.
- Collect project information, distribute and monitor technician tasks.
- Ensure compliance with the required quality of finishes and techniques, as well as established deadlines.
Candidate Profile
- Degree in Industrial Technical Engineering specializing in Electrical or Automation.
- At least 5 years experience performing similar duties.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team management.
- Experience in team and project management (PMI PMP, Agile, etc.).
- Proficiency in electrical schematic design, switchgear selection, and short-circuit calculations.
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, ERP systems, and EPLAN.
- Experience in turnkey industrial projects, including engineering, manufacturing, installation, and startup.
- Client relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel and Word.
- Fluent in English (B2 level or higher).
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Experience in managing project teams and planning essential resources.
- Willingness to travel and flexible schedule availability.
- Proactive, committed, and focused on project and resource optimization.
