As they continue to expand their customer base, they are seeking a dedicated Sales/Commercial Representative who will play a crucial role in driving the business growth and expanding their market presence.
Job Overview
- Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within the target market, focusing on owners of luxury shoreside properties, luxury hotels and resorts, and superyacht owners
- Actively promote our high-performance amphibious motorboats, highlighting their unique features, benefits, and suitability for the target market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their specific needs, and providing tailored solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless customer experience and timely delivery of products
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to showcase our products, expand brand awareness, and generate leads
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of our products
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction
- Provide ongoing post-sales support and exceptional customer service to maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the marine industry and/or related luxury sectors. In depth knowledge and large network of connections in one of the over mentioned geographies or segments of market
- Strong understanding of the luxury real estate market, luxury hospitality, and the superyacht industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with high-net-worth individuals and decision-makers
- Demonstrated ability to identify and develop new business opportunities, with a track record of achieving sales targets
- Knowledge of high-performance yachts as well as experience in driving or captaining a yacht
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events
- Fluent in English and French (written and spoken)
