Job Overview
- Effectively supervise and manage a production team to ensure they manufacture
products in line with the company’s quality standards - Effectively supervise the weekly production plan.
- Control and lead all activities on a daily basis.
- Interface with the Technical Coordinator effectively to execute the projects.
- Manage respective department
Key Responsibilities
- To ensure products are manufactured in line with company’s quality standards and production plan.
- To manage employees in line with company’s supervisory standards.
- To manage Housekeeping and Health and Safety (ensuring the working areas are kept clean and tidy and
according to H&S rules) - To manage the Team
Candidate Profile
The right to work in the EU (the first 6 months would be based in Italy)
An excellent understanding of the processes involved with building in
carbon fibreA relevant degree or qualification
Experience managing a team
Excellent English both written and spoken
