Job Overview
Are you an experienced Production Manager with a strong background in yacht
manufacturing? Are you adept at leading large teams and driving excellence in complex production environments? If so, we invite you to explore this unique opportunity. As the Senior Production Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our large-scale yacht production operations. You will be responsible for managing a team of 50-100 professionals, ensuring the delivery of superior quality yachts while maintaining and developing efficiency and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the entire production process, ensuring seamless operations and timely delivery of high-quality yachts.
- Oversee a team of 50-100 members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Implement and maintain best practices in composite manufacturing, ensuring
efficiency and excellence. - Work closely with culturally diverse teams and navigate different cultural nuances
effectively. - Utilize your strong leadership skills to drive performance and achieve production
goals. - Embrace a comprehensive view of production, considering every element of the
manufacturing process.
Candidate Profile
- 10-15 years of experience managing large-scale production within the boat building and composite field.
- Proven track record of leading and inspiring teams in a manufacturing
environment. - Experience working in culturally diverse teams, with a strong understanding of South East Asian and/or Middle Eastern cultures is desirable.
- Basic digital proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar software.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a strategic, big-picture mindset.
- Dynamic, self-starter with a passion for excellence and innovation.
- Dedicated to doing whatever it takes to get the job done on time.
- Broad experience that can directly impact production immediately.
