Job Overview
As a Yacht Manager you will be responsible for ensuring excellence in client relationships, overseeing the portfolio of yachts and ensuring they meet regulatory and HR standards, identifying commercial opportunities and ensuring yacht and crew documentation are upto-date.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively coordinate the delivery of yacht management service deliverables for a portfolio of
yachts - Manage key relationships (Clients, Captains, Crew etc.)
- Enforce prescribed systems
- Manage Yacht Compliance with Company Safety Management System (SMS)
- Enforce all regulatory requirements on a portfolio of yachts
- Identify commercial opportunities
- Member of Emergency Response Team as per Emergency Response Plan
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in Yacht Management
- Strong knowledge of Maritime Regulations and the Superyacht Industry
- Excellent communication and administration skills
- The right to live and work in the EU
Salary and benefits
This is a fulltime, office based position in beautiful Monaco. You would be working with a collaborative and knowledgeable team who aim to reduce administrative burdens for captains and crew and provide exceptional service to yacht owners.
