Guy Ellis – Recruitment Manager
An interesting fact about you: I am named after Guy the Gorilla who was a famous Silverback at London Zoo in the 70/80’s.
Childhood dream job: James Bond’s career seemed pretty attractive as an impressionable 8-year-old.
Where would you like to travel and why? I would be keen to do some proper mountaineering. Everest seems a reasonable place to start.

An interesting fact about you: I used to be the highest ranking female in Yorkshire in Jiu Jitsu.
Childhood dream job: Following in Charlene’s footsteps as a car mechanic.
Where would you like to travel and why? Galapagos Islands to see a giant tortoise!

Mark Fisher - Contracts Manager

Agnese Kurme – Accounts Assistant
Childhood dream job: I wanted to become a singer and see this great big world while on tour!
Where would you like to travel and why: Japan without a doubt… to see the modern world steeped in tradition (like Tokyo) and picturesque views (like Kyoto).

Elena Kostova – Marketing Manager
Elena moved to Valencia in August 2024 to join the Proteus team and looks after our marketing initiatives, events, social media and web content.
An interesting fact about you: I have lived on 3 continents and visited more than 100 countries
Childhood dream job: Airhostess – I guess the travel bug has always been a part of me
Where would you like to travel to and why: Peru. I am an avid hiker and doing the Inka Trail to Machu Picchu is one of the few outstanding destinations on my bucket list

Sam Hobbs - Marine Recruiter
Sam joined Proteus in September 2024 as a Marine Recruiter. Sam has always been a competitive person, and his drive and ambition to always win will be a great asset in this job.
An interesting fact about you: Thanks to rugby I´ve lived in 5 different countries and learnt 2 new languages
Childhood Dream Job: Rockstar guitarist
Where would you like to travel and why: The Scottish Highlands. I´d love to hire a campervan and travel around visiting the distilleries, the lochs and the beautiful countryside – in the summer of course.

Louis Edwards - Marine Recruiter
Louis joined Proteus March 2025 as a Marine Recruiter. Louis brings plenty of recruitment and sales experience to the table.
Interesting fact: Louis moved to Spain at 13 with zero knowledge of Spanish and had to pick it up while in high school.
Dream job: Spaceman
Travel destination: The Rockies. I have always been a keen skier and would love to mix that with going to North America.
