The Client
The client is the world leader in the construction of high-end and performance carbon fiber catamarans. At their site close to Montpellier, their team of 150 people design, manufacture, test and deliver boats on site for customers around the world.
Job Overview
You will contribute, with your teams, to the creation of our catamarans in conjunction with other professions, the design office and methods.
Key Responsibilities
- Support a team of 10 fitters & riggers with the relay of group leaders,
- Define and manage the planning of the Hardware sector in correlation with production,
- Anticipate the logistical and documentary needs of your team,
- Participate in sea trials,
- Bring your experience in technical choices and improvement of the production process,
- Organize, in collaboration with the after-sales service manager, the monitoring and assistance of external interventions.
Candidate Profile
- Has experience in ocean racing and in management
- Has significant experience in shipbuilding, the practice and construction of sailboats,
- Is fluent in English,
- Is recognized for his Leadership
- Has the ability to lead his team towards a common goal
- Is able to organize and anticipate.
